And the Dynasty I want to add to the game is "Facey", which is my family name.
Woops, was blind af to the beta download hah.
Ah dang it, got ya. Will you add the ability to make your own fleets at will at some point? It'll definitely make the game more strategic.

(1 edit)

Yoyo dev, me again. Two brief questions:

1. I bought the 3 dollar game with the "name a Dynasty" bonus, where do I go to give my suggestion?

2. Where do I go to download the 4.0 Beta?

Sorry if these questions sound noobish if they've been answered before, I'm brand new here though. Thanks.

EDIT: I have a 3rd question. I can't seem to figure out how to make new fleets. The UI is extremely confusing and the buttons don't seem to do anything. Figuring out how to construct ships was hard enough, but this seems impossible.

Sounds like a fair enough idea, and can't wait for the individuals to have lives and age, that'll be awesome, and races too will be pretty epic. Maybe certain races have different qualities that affect the empire, dynasties, individuals, ships, etc. That'd make this game REALLY deep.

And yeah the epic empire vs living people conflict is real. I reckon for now the best solution would be having options to change time from a few seconds for a  year, to millennia per minute or so, similar to what it is now. The latter option would have people being born, living, getting jobs, and dying VERY fast, but unless that takes too much computing power (doubt it would), I reckon it could work.

Because its' immersion breaking. The millennia time system is meant to make us feel like these empires are truly epic and ancient, lasting throughout the ages. But with people who live for most if not all of those millennia, it doesn't feel nearly as awesome.

Ayo dev, me again!

The whole wealth, dynasty, warfare, and upcoming diplomatic systems in this game make it such a mouth watering experience to me as a sci-fi and politics junkie. However, one thing bothers me. It isn't a huge thing, maybe a little bit of a nit pick, but it's a little immersion breaking.

I think the speed of time should be dramatically slowed down, and the "millenium" counter simply replaced with years. I say this because you end up seeing the individuals in families live for thousands upon thousands of years, which is pretty strange. Maybe the speed should be around a year per second or per few seconds, with multiple speed options. There should obviously be an option where you can make time go REALLY fast, like, millenia per few second, only this time the individuals of the galaxy will die and birth really quickly, rather than live for thousands of years.

Thanks again  though for this mad game, can't wait to buy when I'm not broke haha.

Sweet as, gonna purchase soon enough, may give some empire suggestions too. Thanks!

Hello dev. Honestly, this game is almost a dream come true for me; just a casual watch (and maybe participate) simulator of huge galactic empires and small powers vying for control and running their nations. I do have a few questions tho.

1. Can we rename the empires in game? I've seen the rename button on some let's plays but they didn't seem to work.

2. Does purchasing the $1 extra package that lets us suggest an empire name INCLUDE the game or do we purchase the game AND THEN purchase the package separately?

3. If we can rename nations in game, can we also rename alliances in game?

Thank you; hope you keep expanding this game over time!
